A traditional sencha for clear beginnings and steady focus
Soun is a deep-steamed sencha made from the Yabukita cultivar, harvested on Hachijūhachi-ya — the eighty-eighth night of spring, traditionally regarded as the most auspicious time for tea picking in Japan.
It offers a well-balanced profile of umami, gentle bitterness, and light astringency, with a subtle roasted nuance.
The aroma is fresh and green, while the finish leaves a soft sweetness on the palate.
Grounded yet invigorating, this tea embodies a sense of readiness —
a cup that prepares both mind and body for what lies ahead.
