We take great care in preparing and shipping our teas.
As our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will be happy to review the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
