Sancho is a stone-ground matcha made from carefully shaded tencha of the Kanayamidori cultivar, grown in Shizuoka.
Blessed with Numazu’s pure water, sunlight, and rich soil, this matcha reveals a vivid green colour and a naturally smooth, creamy texture.
Sweetness and umami are well balanced, with very little bitterness or astringency, making it exceptionally approachable.
