Nodoka is a finely milled powdered hōjicha made from first-harvest Yabukita stems, roasted over high heat to bring out warmth and natural sweetness.
Slightly coarser than matcha, it offers the comforting aroma of roasted tea with a smooth, mellow texture.
Sweetness, umami, and soft bitterness are well balanced, creating a rounded and approachable flavour.
Naturally low in caffeine, Nodoka is easy to enjoy at any time of day —
