Miyabi is an early-harvest, deep-steamed sencha made from the Yabukita cultivar, Shizuoka’s most celebrated tea variety.
It offers a rich sweetness and deep umami, with almost no bitterness or astringency.
The texture is smooth and gently rounded, reminiscent of the mellow richness found in gyokuro.
